Charn Issara Development Public Company Limited was established by Charn Issara group on December 1989 with a registered capital of 20 million baht to commerce with its first project of Charn Issara Tower II. The Company went public and became a listed property company in the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) on 16th December 2002 with a total paid registered capital of 600 million baht.
